PROFESSIONAL CAREER

 

  • A third-year running back who appeared in four games (2 starts) with Houston as a rookie in 2007 before seeing time on the rosters of the Texans and Rams last season.

 

  • Competed on both Houston’s practice squad and active roster as well as the Rams’ practice squad in 2008 but did not appear in a game for the season.

 

  • Averaged 4.6 yards per rush (58-264, 1 TD) with the Texans as a rookie in 2007, appearing in the club’s final four games (2 starts) that year after beginning the campaign on its practice squad.

 

  • Ranked third among NFL rookies in rushing yards (264) in December of 2007.

2005 (SOPHOMORE)

 

·        Eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark in rushing yardage and produced one of the top receiving years by any Irish running back.

 

 

·        Rushed for more than 100 yards in seven games.

 

·        Opened the season with four 100-yard rushing performances, a first in Notre Dame history.

 

·        Was the first Notre Dame back since Phil Carter in 1980 (142 vs. Purdue, 103 vs. Michigan, 254 vs. Michigan State) to start a season with three consecutive 100-yard rushing performances.
