With the launch of this website, we are cooking up an Irish Stew of information directly from former Irish football players now in the NFL, NFL news, Notre Dame news, and commentary on both the NFL and Notre Dame.  For subscribers, we have both Comment features to promote interaction with your favorite players and other fans, as well as the Irish CoffeeHouse Forum to raise and discuss positive topics of interest to other NFL and Notre Dame fans.

I stressed the word 'positive'  for a reason.  We started this site to be informational, not controversial.  As a result, this site is not intended to encourage heated debate, or serve as a soapbox for anyone with an axe to grind.  Certainly we intend to highlight as much of the news we deem newsworthy, good or bad, but predominately, we will be focusing on positive news about the players and Notre Dame, and expect our subscribers to do the same.  Anything edible is welcome in the Stew.
